Return Policy

You can cancel orders through a phone call or an email to info@azuripromo.com. Print job cancellations before printing will not be refunded in full.

After printing starts, cancellation will incur a fee of 70% of the actual printing project cost. This order cancellation policy applies when the customer cancels all or part of an order after order acceptance and acknowledgment from Azuri Promo Shop but before shipment of goods or execution of services.

Products CAN NOT be canceled after they are shipped.

Our talented staff inspects every order for quality and craftsmanship, but on rare occasions, an issue may escape our notice.

If you are not happy with your print products, please let us know. Here at Azuri, we’re dedicated to customer service and we want the chance to make things right.

You should contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@azuripromo.com.You must provide the information below to help us resolve things quickly.
Your name
• A detailed description of the problem
• Your order number
• Some pictures of the issue

If your print product has a defect, we will fix or replace it at our expense. If you return your product, we will issue you a credit for its full value.

Please understand that we are not responsible for customer errors such as spelling or grammatical mistakes, quality issues with the original images, or ordering errors. Please review your orders carefully before placing them.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email or call once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 21 business days.

Exchanges

Please email info@azuripromo.com within 24 hours of receiving your job to begin the process.

Shipping returns

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
